with practical knowledge of all or most of the following:

	C (ANSI/99)
	Javascript & Html 4.01 & CSS2
	Lua, AWK
	SQL (SQLite3, PostgreSQL)
	network issues
	BSD, Linux, Win
	ability to do long-distance work controlled by a project managing system
